Track Your Time

If you don't know how you're spending your free time, it might be tough to plan it. A crucial first step towards better time management is keeping track of your hours. Start by dividing a large undertaking into smaller, more achievable chores. To make sure you stay on track, using a time monitoring software or just the wall clock might be helpful. Time off and record your hours each time you need a break, a snack, or to just let your mind wander.

Set Yourself Deadlines

Setting yourself a challenging deadline can be beneficial now that you have already divided your work into distinct activities. By using this approach, you may avoid waiting until the last minute to finish your homework, maintain regular deadlines, and increase student productivity. A typical prerequisite for many senior occupations is the ability to balance deadlines, just as efficient time management.

Plan Ahead

To make plans for the upcoming weeks and months, use a calendar, journal, or application. This is an inherent element of being a student. Recognize upcoming weekend getaways or important life events so you may make adequate preparations. Relying on the deadlines on your calendar becomes an even more important habit to keep your work/life balance when you return to the realm of adult learning.

The Positivity Project is just that- an initiative to spread positivity and foster a supportive environment for students to thrive in!

Self-care. Productivity. Connection.

Our website has a collection of tips and tools to help students navigate the challenges of life. We have segregated topics into three categories, namely Personal Life, Professional Life, and Social Life to help you find just what you are looking for!
